Shipping Policy

PRE - ORDERS 

Rendolls will be charged for Pre-orders at the time of ordering and these orders shall be shipped 1-2 working days after the stipulated date of release. 

SHIPPING

Our international delivery courier is DHL. Your items will be shipped out within 1-2 working days and will arrive within an additional 3-5 working days. Please ensure that you have filled in a valid and identifiable address and phone number for delivery. Rendoll is not liable for any extra custom fees charged by individual countries or extra holding times as this is beyond our control.  If a delivery is rejected by the customer and the package is returned to us by DHL, refunds will be given less any charges by DHL to return the item.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

 * For refunds, request and shipping must be made within 14 working days after delivery. We do not offer cash refunds. However, we offer  you store credit in the amount of your returned good.  If you require a return for store credit, kindly contact our customer care team on customercare@rendoll.com for more information. 

 

*Exchanges will only be accepted  within 14 working days after delivery. We implore customers to check our size guide before ordering. Goods are only eligible for exchange if they are returned in the exact original condition & packaging, and free of any stains. Items must not be dry-cleaned or washed and tags must still be attached. If the item is returned for exchange damaged, it will be rejected and shipped back to the sender at the sender's expense.  If you require an exchange,  please send an email to customercare@rendoll.com. Exchanges are subject to available stock. 

*We do not offer exchanges, refunds or alterations on 'made- to - measure'  items. Please ensure you sends us your accurate measurements. 

*You are responsible for return shipping fees and we advice that you make use of a service that provides tracked shipping  to ensure that we receive your item. Exchanged items will be shipped out at the customers expense. We kindly ask that you check our size guide before placing an order. If you would like a custom fit at no extra charge, kindly send us an email.

*All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
